We are not able to accept any clothing/accessory consignments for the rest of December, 2019. We are accepting limited Home Decor/Furniture items.
We ask that you bring your items in clean, pressed, and on hangers. We cannot accept items with stains or damage.
Clothing is on the floor for about 90 days, and it is a 50/50 split if any clothing is sold at the end of the 90 days.
End of contract clothes can be donated to CASA/Goodwill/Free clinic.
Consignments are accepted the first two weeks of each month. Designers' Consigner takes clothing Mon-Fri 12pm-5pm, and Designer Exchange takes in consignment Mon-Fri 11am-4pm. We do ask that you wait in-store while we go though your items.
We only accept consignments for the first two weeks of every month.
We always recommend calling ahead before you bring your items. Sometimes we get so full we have to close for intakes. If you are in a hurry call ahead to see if there is a long line ahead of you as well.
SELF-PULLS: if you typically pull your items at the end of your consignment period, our policy has changed.
In order to minimize the time it takes us to process and ticket your items we have to change the way we enter them into the computer. Up until now, we described each individual item separately. For example, if you brought us a red t-shirt we would have to enter it as follows:
"Ellen Tracy red knit tee with collar".
In order to speed this process up, we will be assorting your NON-COUTURE items. Their new description will look like this:
"assorted t-shirt"
Our staff will no longer be able to help you find your items. If there is something you want back, you will have to take a picture of it before you leave it with us so that you can use that photo to help you look for it on our racks if you want it back.
We are aware that this makes finding your items very difficult, but in order to take consignment items more frequently and get them priced sooner we have to make our processing faster. Describing each individual item is too time consuming for the volume of clothing that we receive.
We will still be individually describing the high-end couture pieces.
You can find our list of couture brands below. Keep in mind we may have left out a few.
